Refund & Return Policy

 

Change of Mind:
We do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Sale items are not eligible for returns.

Cancellation of Orders:
Our site does not support order cancellations directly. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@phavourite.co, provided your order has not yet been processed. A 6% fee of the total order value will be deducted from the refund to cover payment processing fees. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Once the parcel has been fulfilled (i.e., tracking number provided), our Refund Policy will apply.

Refunds for Faulty or Damaged Items:
We take extra care to thoroughly inspect items before delivery. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item or there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days.

a) If your item arrives damaged or defective due to manufacturing issues, kindly provide us with pictures/videos showing the defect. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement/refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method.

b) If you receive an incorrect item, please send us pictures for verification. If the item needs to be returned, we will cover the shipping costs. The item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.

For Domestic Orders (within West Malaysia):
We will replace the correct item at no additional cost or issue a refund.

For International Orders (outside Malaysia):
In the unfortunate event of an incorrect item being shipped internationally, we sincerely apologize. Unfortunately, we are unable to resend the correct item and will issue a refund instead.

Domestic Shipments (Malaysia):
We are not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.

International Shipments:
We are not responsible for packages once they have arrived at the destination country or customs, as confirmed by the carrier.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping costs and any duties associated with returning items.

Undelivered Packages:
If your package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or failure to arrange redelivery, we can resend it, but you will need to cover the cost of postage again. We are not liable for missing or disposed packages after delivery attempts by your local post office or courier. It is your responsibility to claim the package.
