How to exchange the refill:
1. Hold the rubber hand grip and barrel with one hand each
2. Twist the pen at the anti-clockwise direction
3. Replace the used up refill with a new refill
4. Twist the pen at clockwise direction
5. Feel free to enjoy your newly revived pen!
